Hide: House-eey

Meet the new member of the family! I had a Fender Precision Bass before, but I wasn’t using it much, so I went back to my WAL fretless. I’ve been playing my WAL for over 30 years, but sometimes I really want the feel of a fretted bass.

So… I finally picked up this Sadowsky MetroLine PJ. =)

Yes, it’s fretted and a 5 string model! ;-)

I’m definitely more of a P-bass person than a J-bass person, though I might need a J-bass for certain songs later on.

Since it’s my first Sadowsky, I was really looking forward to the sound, and it’s great. It’s not too vintage, which I love. The active preamp is amazing, and having that passive mode for a vintage vibe is a really nice feature.

Can’t wait to use this for some tracks on my next album!
